Servi-Tek was formed in 2006 out of our frustration with the status quo. High turnover
rates and poor performance were the norm within our industry. We knew there was a
better way. We would no longer accept janitorial as usual.
We are industry experts that leverage technology and focus our greatest efforts on our people and our processes. We invest heavily in our training programs and constantly look for opportunities to make improvements.
We have experienced rapid growth over the years expanding to over 500 employees,
working across multiple states. In 2016, we saw an opportunity to make an additional
impact within our industry and formed ServiTek Engineering & Facility Solutions.

As a Property Manager for office and industrial buildings, I have had nothing but great experience with Servi-Tek. I've had several tenants request electrostatic cleaning (BSL 3 Disinfecting) due to COVID19 protocols. Servi-Tek is extremely quick to respond and provide the service same day. They also email a report with photos the very next morning. Servi-Tek is flexible and they always work around tenant and ownership schedules. I would highly recommend them for both night crew/dayporter services and electrostatic cleaning.
