SITE WALK
On-site inspection of facility including common areas, MEP systems, and tenant spaces
CUSTOM PLAN
A detailed cleaning and maintenance plan is designed to meet the needs of the facility
EQUIPMENT
Procurement of uniforms, equipment, and supplies according to plan specifications
SERVI-TRAK
Site-specific data entered into Servi-Trak system, and employee job cards created
RECRUITMENT
Interview existing site staff, process job applications, and transfer internal employees
TRAINING
Staff review of site conditions, the scope of work, staff teams, and customized job cards
INSPECTIONS
Heavy management oversight during start-up and quality assurance inspections begin
REPORTING
Utilize data captured in Servi-Trak to generate detailed reports for management
SITE WALK & INSPECTION
PRIOR TO THE START OF SERVICE, SERVI-TEK WILL ASSESS AND REVIEW THE GENERAL
LAYOUT, CONDITION, AND USE OF THE PROPERTY.

COMMON AREAS

Walk and inspect all common areas of the facility. Identify high and low traffic zones. Walk entryways, corridors, elevators, stairs, restrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, lounges, gym, showers, storage rooms, copy rooms, etc.

MEP SYSTEMS

Visually inspect and assess condition of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems based on age and ASHRAE standards.  Identify deferred maintenance or other mechanical concerns. Identify safety hazards for corrective action.

Tenant Spaces

Upon approval of management, Servi-Tek will interview every tenant to review access procedures, special requirements, and miscellaneous matters.  Data is entered into Servi-Trak system and reflected on job cards.

Servi-Tek develops customized inspections and reports to meet your specific project needs and deliver big-picture job insight. We take the guesswork out of service excellence, our process- leveraging digital automation to manage every phase of an inspection failure through completion – with the before and after pictures to prove it. Additionally, our dashboards and reports identify service level trends as well as provide a detailed log of every work order and inspection.

WORK ORDERS
We tailor our work orders based on specific user requirements and service types. Our automated system quickly identifies service trends and recurring issues by project. Additionally, each work order has its own countdown clock to quickly flag pending items not completed within the designated timeframe.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our team performs routine and scheduled quality assurance inspections based on your project’s inspection requirements. Most importantly, Servi-Tek values full transparency, making every QA check instantly visible to clients upon completion.
COMPLIANCE
