Servi-Tek’s Annual Managers Meeting

At Servi-Tek, we apply the “it’s a journey, not a destination” approach to what success means at our organization. For us, it’s not just about consistently reaching the top of our professional game (although, that’s always on the radar). We also recognize the inherent value found in our perpetually upping our professional game. Our commitment to improvement helps us deliver the innovative facilities management solutions our customers expect, and the positive, growth-driven company culture our employees deserve.  Servi-Tek’s Annual Managers Meeting strengthens our tribe’s bond.

Servi-Tek Trains, Develops, And Invests In Every Team Member

Servi-Tek’s commitment to excellence extends throughout every level of our organization. It’s not enough to train and develop new hire employees. We also run consistent yearly meetings and reviews for our management and executive staff to ensure we are doing our part to keep upping our professional game. Case in point: On December 7, 2018, Servi-Tek hosted the company’s National Managers Meeting.

Held at the Marriott in San Diego, this annual meeting convenes all of Servi-Tek’s national senior managers to review Servi-Tek’s current performance levels and discuss future goals as we look forward to what lies ahead in the New Year. The theme for this year’s National Managers Meeting focused on how good leaders can create a safe workplace for staff members throughout the organization. The one-day event launched several upcoming company objectives and included executive presentations and interactive discussions with attendees.

Servi-Tek co-founder, Kurt Lester, discussed the importance of this year’s meeting theme.

“At Servi-Tek, we are proud of our corporate culture, industry thought leaders, and exemplary employees. However, with that, we understand that there’s always room for improvement. Our annual National Managers Meeting gave us an opportunity to explore just that. Leaders from every branch had a chance to discuss how we can even further enhance how we do business, not just with our customers, but also with our employees as well. It was a productive, encouraging, and fun use of our time together and I can’t wait to see how we apply what we discussed to our upcoming initiatives in 2019.”
