Staff Annual Summer-End Party
We don’t mean to brag (okay, maybe a little), but here at Servi-Tek, we have the very best employees in the industry. We aren’t just a team; we are a tribe that works together to deliver innovative, eco-friendly janitorial solutions for clients of every size and scope and in a multitude of industries.
At Servi-Tek, we believe it’s not enough to just recognize our crews as an integral part of our success – we make it our mission to celebrate them by hosting our annual company-wide “End of Summer” coworker party across all branches.
Throughout August and September, every Servi-Tek Janitorial and Engineering location (San Diego, Honolulu, Anaheim, and Phoenix) held its own local event to applaud and appreciate our staff members as well as their families while enjoying a day of fun, food, and festivities outside at the end of the summer sun.
All branch parties offered several shared events and activities. However, individual Servi-Tek Janitorial and Engineering locations could also customize their coworker event based on staff traditions and preferred local vendors.
Guests arrived hungry, ready to dig into some of the many delicious dishes, snacks, and desserts provided during the party hours.
Roasted meats, freshly made tacos, and seasonal salads were just some of the many items on the menu across the company.
Honolulu even served participants a traditional pig roast with all the trimmings.
Throughout the day, attendees could also enjoy a multitude of party festivities. Guests of all ages participated in outdoor games, drawings, friendly-competitions, and raffles.
Every Servi-Tek party also offered designated areas and functions such as onsite bouncy houses to entertain and delight the children in attendance.

It’s important to gather together with our families and truly celebrate our staff for a job well done.”
